Donald Trump and Lodha Group tie up for a Deluxe Project in Mumbai

Donald Trump, US-based business tycoon has tied up with Lodha Group-Indian realty player for a premium real estate project in Mumbai namely ‘Trump Tower’ which has come up in Lodha’s recently launched 17.5 acres project ‘The Park’, as said by the Indian firm in a statement. Lodha will pay Trump a heavy fee of several crores for the licensed use of its brand name in the project.

Phenomenon of reserving accommodation for this month old launched project holds a phenomenal response which goes about 450 bookings worth Rs2500 crore being derived on the very first day of the applications being accepted- release said.

The Bookings shall activate from next month for this Trump Tower located in the heart of south Mumbai which constitutes a 77 storied high-rise residential tower offering 3/4/5 bhk apartments that are expected to fall in a range of over Rs 8 crore for 3 BHK and Rs 10 crore for 4 BHK apartments - the release said.

Trump had signed a resembling agreement in 2012 with Pune's Panchshil Realty for establishing a 22-storied residential twin towers in Pune.
